		<description>Karri, this post is making me think. Fundamentally I agree with you, especially on the guilt issues.  My first business mentor was a man and he is still an inspiration to me today. I&#039;ve also learned a lot of valuable lessons from other men along the way. 

One of the reasons why I decided to start my own business was I didn&#039;t like what many successful business women became (or thought they had to become) to be successful in a male-dominated business world. It&#039;s as an entrepreneur that I&#039;ve been able to see what wahm-power looks like and discover my own potential and power. That I can be smart and savvy and sweet  and not have to change in order to be successful.
